Hair Journey - The update.

Hola chicos! It's been a while...yeah, I guess I just got lazy and lost motivation.

I didn't know where to begin, so i'll just go back to the hair journey project I have been on.

AHA! YOU THOUGHT I HAD GIVEN UP HADN'T YOU?!

Well on the contrary, i'm still rolling on.

Take a look at the timeline to the left of the text...There has been a considerable change.

It has not been easy folks...not at all!

 The mornings of picking the afro out after a night with the durag on, the constant fear of flies nest in the hair and the constant stares on the bus, at home and on the street...quizzical looks, looks saying ''bro, you need to cut your hair.'' to which I returned a look of ''mind yo' daammn bizznizz bruh!'' lol.

It's fun, it really is, although I am having some reservations at the moment and they concern me going to France and Spain looking like an African immigrant.

Yes, this is a concern.

They have a hard time in those foreign countries, but I DO NOT have the patience or the time to be stopped by the gendarmes of France demanding my passport.

I suppose I will have to get used to it, as I will be there for a year...


"Suck it up Alex! All you gotta do is go out there and just keep your self out of trouble and play by the rules"...yeah...rules...
